Hello again

It's been a while, hasn't it? If you knew me before, welcome back. If you're new, hello, and I'm so glad you've found your way here.

The short version of this post is simple: I'm back. The longer version is below, with what's changed, what's new, and where I'd love your help.

Why I stepped away, and why I came back

A while ago, my health asked me to stop and listen. So I did. I stepped away from hypnosis for an extended period to give myself the time and space I needed.

I'm glad I did. But I missed this work more than I expected. I missed the creativity of building a new induction, the quiet focus of a session, and the messages from people telling me a recording had helped them discover not only that they were capable of achieving trance, but enjoying all of the potential pleasures that come with that discovery.

So I've spent the past months working out how to come back in a way that lasts. Not a sprint, but a pace I can keep. That means doing fewer things, doing them well, and building in room to rest.

Live sessions: fewer for now

Live sessions are the part of my work that takes the most energy, so for now I've scaled them right back. Availability is very limited, and mostly at weekends.

As my health settles, I hope to open up more times. If you'd like a session, please still get in touch through the booking form. I'll always be honest about when I can fit you in, and I'd rather offer one session I can give my full attention to than three I can't.

What's new

Stepping back gave me time to think about what I really want to make. Here's what's waiting for you:

  • Interactive experiences. Hypnosis you can take part in: make choices, play along and explore at your own pace. There are a few to try now, and more are on the way.
  • Articles. Down-to-earth pieces about how hypnosis works, what it can and can't do, and how to get the most from it.
  • New recordings. Fresh sessions for relaxation, focus and simply switching off, alongside favourites you might already know.

Hypnosis for curious, analytical minds

One thing I want to do more of is help people understand hypnosis. There are a lot of myths out there, and many people quietly decide it isn't for them.

That's especially true of analytical thinkers. If you've ever lain there thinking "is this working?", you're in good company. A busy, questioning mind isn't a barrier to trance. It just needs a different way in.

That's why I don't read from scripts or rely on countdowns. I build original, creative approaches that work with your mind rather than against it. Through the articles and experiences, I want to show what hypnosis can really do, and make it feel open to everyone.

Closer to home on Ko-fi

Alongside the website, I'll be using my Ko-fi page to share things that feel a little more personal. That's where you'll find behind-the-scenes posts, honest updates on how my return is going, and the odd glimpse of what I'm working on before it's finished.

Ko-fi will also be another place where I share recordings, and where you can support my work if you'd like to. Every follow, message and coffee genuinely helps me keep going at a pace that's right for me.

If you'd like to stay a little closer to the journey, come and find me there.

I'd love to hear from you

This next chapter isn't something I want to build alone. Your experiences, ideas and feedback shape what I make next, from the topics I write about to the recordings and experiences I create.

So please tell me what you enjoyed, what you'd like more of, and what you'd change. Share your experience on the site, reply to an email, or just say hello. I read every message myself.

Most of all, I want this to be fun and worthwhile for both of us. Hypnosis should feel like something you look forward to, not another thing on your to-do list.

I'm genuinely excited to be back, and curious to see where this journey takes us. Thank you for being here.

Jessica
